Welcome to the 2007/2008 Men’s USAV season. To enter the tournaments please call Tom Pestolesi at (714) 968-5567 (h) or at (949) 451-5629(w), or email him at tpestolesi@ivc.edu Please leave a team name and a number at which you can be reached. Also, please mail the entry form along with the fees to the SCVA at 1500 South Anaheim Blvd. Suite 280  Anaheim, CA 92805. Even if you enter through the SCVA office, you still need to call Tom Pestolesi to confirm your entry. The first 12 teams to call get in.  If you have entered a team and players cannot make it, please call Tom as soon as you find out. This saves a lot of time and energy on the tournament directors.

Tournaments will start at 8:30am and will consist of pool play followed by playoffs if time permits.  All tournaments are at Irvine Valley College located at 5500 Irvine Center Drive, 92618, and parking is free.  The entry fee is $60.00 per team.  These tournamnets are not Irvine Valley College tournaments but are run by and for the Southern California Volleyball Association.  All tournaments will use a Molten ball.  Coaches please remind your players not to wear any gear from your school and to play under a different name that your school.  Games will be to 25 rally scoring.  Ice will be available if needed.

Nationals: The 2008 Adult Open Championships will be held in Atlanta, Georgia.

The deadline to have entries to the Open Nationals at the SCVA office is March 14th for Open teams, Seniors 60, Seniors 65, Seniors 70, Seniors 75, U-Volley Co-Ed, and Co-Ed (Reverse BB/B and Regular BB/B).  March 28th is the deadline for Club (AA, A, BB, B), Masters 40, Masters 45, Seniors 50, and Seniors 55.
